Manga Opera - The Saga of Blue Wolf
In 2025 we created the pilot of our Manga Opera. It is a video that we share here exclusively. We developed our visual and audio tools with which we narrate the saga.
It is the saga of an ordinary man who travels the path leading him from confusion and loss of self, to successive higher levels of awareness. He is driven on this quest by Freyja, the Norse goddess of initiation…
How much do we really remember about the process of initiation today… Does anyone still know how to create a connection with the elemental forces, does anyone remember how to speak with the Spirits…
The necessary information used to be passed along thru generations, using stories: myths, sagas, tales of magical and heroic deeds. Almost all of these stories have been long forgotten, or corrupted. Consequently, we need new myths, new sagas, new stories to guide us on our path; the stories which will become part of the common culture of humanity.
Synopsis
The Blue Wolf Saga tells the story of the initiation of an ordinary man who painstakingly recovers his integrity, after having lost his soul in the spiritual void of the 21st century. Several encounters with mythological figures of the Norse pantheon (Freyja the Goddess of Initiation, Loki the Joker, the troublemaker, Yggdrasil the Cosmic Tree...), will allow him to overcome his apathy and his indifference.
Under the influence of Goddess Freyja, Blue Wolf will be confronted with a series of challenges which will lead him to experience deep transformations. He will successively become a Úlfheðinn (a Berserker, or Wolf Warrior), then a telepathic Cyborg, and finally a Seiðmann (Shaman, or wizard)... During his initiation quest, he will gradually discover his own gifts, which are connected to the oral poetic traditions: the Power of the Word... The Blue Wolf will thus be turned into a Sedr, an Enchanter.
Themes

Throughout the whole Saga, two intertwined themes will emerge. During the Golden Age, animals, plants, minerals and human beings used to share a common language. Human beings were then able to communicate with everything that surrounded them. At every step of his quest and of his spirtual evolution, the Blue Wolf is going to gradually rediscover that language.
The Logos, the Sacred Word, brings harmony to a Universe which tends naturally towards entropy. The Blue Wolf regains the creative power of Poetry, of the Word, which echoes into space and transforms the chaos into harmony.
Incantations, mantras, magic words, invocations: the Blue Wolf Saga is a quest which seeks to reconnect with the primordial Tradition, to explore the power of the Word...
